Work on Phase I or our extension started in March 2010 and was completed in August 2011. Costing around £1.3 million  we now have the complete external shell of the extension, with roof, and a completed ground floor level, giving us 8 new, modern, spacious, en-suite bedrooms, a large dining room, accessible toilets and a dedicated assisted bathroom with hoists.

We now wish to start phase II of the building, which will bring the basement level into use. This will provide a new laundry, store rooms, and 6 further modern, en-suite, bedrooms. The elevator for the extension will be installed at this point as well.The cost of this phase will be around £300,000 - and fundraising for this is starting now.
